300,000th TL gearbox produced in Romania

Renault Mécanique Roumanie (RMR), the Renault powertrain plant at Dacia’s Pitesti site, produced its 300,000th TL gearbox (a 6-speed manual for maximum torque of 240 Nm) on 1 July 2010. The component is fitted on numerous Group models, including Dacia Duster. Renault also produces this transmission in Seville in Spain.
