Renault notes Laurence Dors’ decision to leave the Group

Following an audit report carried out at the company, the Group recently reorganized its governance system. The reform included the elimination of the position of corporate secretary general.


Renault would like to reassert that it is this change in governance that explains the elimination of the functions of the position held by Laurence Dors and would like to clear up any confusion that may have resulted from the announcement of the reorganization on April 11.


Laurence Dors has chosen not to accept new responsibilities at Renault and is leaving the Group.


Renault notes this decision with regret and wishes Laurence Dors every success as she pursues her professional career.
