Appointments to Renault’s Board of Directors

At its meeting on February 12, 2008, Renault’s Board of Directors proposed the appointment of Thierry Desmarest and Jean-Pierre Garnier as directors, to replace retiring directors, at the suggestion of the Appointments and Governance Committee.
