Clarification

Following the recent information published by the media, Renault would like to clarify that:

As part of the legal proceedings begun on March 13, 2011 following the fraud case at Renault, the magistrate is continuing his investigation into the departure conditions of three employees of RRG Luxembourg, who have already been heard in this investigation. Two of these employees recently decided to file civil action.

As a civil party to the case, Renault continues to fully cooperate with the investigating magistrate.
