Creation of "Renault Algérie Production"

Today, January 31, 2013, at the headquarters of the National Society of Industrial Vehicles (SNVI) in Rouiba, and in the presence of the Algerian Domains Department, the initial Shareholders’ Meeting for the creation of the joint venture "Renault Algérie Production" was held by the three shareholders: the SNVI, the National Investment Fund and Renault.
On this occasion, the governance structures were set up and the shareholders confirmed the action plan of the road map that remains to be implemented for the realization of the project.
This signature follows the signature of the Shareholders’ Agreement for the creation of an automotive production company in Oran (Oued Tlelat) which took place on December 19, 2012, in the presence of the Algerian and French Republic presidents, Mr. Bouteflika and Mr. Hollande.
