Egypt: Launch of Renault Peace of Mind

On March 17, 2008, in Cairo, Renault and its local importer, EIM, launched Renault Peace of Mind, the first customer care program in the Egyptian automotive industry. This program aims to improve Renault’s service quality as well as the customers’ trust in the brand. Totally free of charge for the customer, Renault Peace of Mind offers for instance: 100km test drive invitation, 3-year / 100,000 km car warranty, 1-year warranty for maintenance and repairing (parts and labour) or 24/7 roadside assistance, competitive fixed service prices.
