“IndustriElles” at Sandouville

On June 3 Renault’s Sandouville plant welcomed 50 female high school students studying science as part of the “IndustriElles” operation organized by the UIMM Steelworkers Union of the Le Havre region. The students got to find out about professions in the industry (including production, maintenance, logistics and engineering), one in which women are often under-represented. They talked with women working in all the plant functions, discovering the content of their jobs, their diverse responsibilities, their education backgrounds and their passion for the automotive industry.
