Partnership continues in 2015: Flins plant makes its facilities available to the French Red Cross

In 2014 the Flins plant and the Paris branch of the French Red Cross signed an agreement with a view to organising training for volunteer ambulance drivers.
The French Red Cross was given access to the plant, which meant it could benefit from all the site's facilities, including the huge testing area and test track.
In 2014 three sessions were held, enabling 18 volunteers to be trained. Similar training will now go ahead in 2015.
So the trainees and the French Red Cross instructors will have access to the test areas and test tracks located on the plant's premises and will be able to use them for stationary and dynamic exercises in complete safety at weekends.
Changing wheels, putting on chains, forward and backward slalom practice, emergency braking, simulated driving on different surfaces... all these exercises can go ahead in the best possible conditions.
