Renault acquires the activities of SBFM

Renault’s offer to take over the activities of SBFM through the creation of Fonderie de Bretagne, a wholly-owned Renault subsidiary, has been approved by the Commercial Court of Lyon. The acquisition will take effect from October 1, 2009.
