Renault continues the social dialogue on the economic plan in France

Boulogne-Billancourt, 29 September 2020 - The management of Renault France and all the representative trade union organisations (CFE-CGC, CFDT, CGT and FO) met today at the Central Social and Economic Committee (CCSE) as provided for in the social calendar agreed in the framework agreement for social dialogue signed on 24 July.

29 September 2020  14:35

At the CCSE, the firm commissioned by the trade union organisations submitted its expert report on the implementation of the savings plan in France.
This is an intermediate stage in the implementation of the fixed cost reduction plan, which aims to restore the Group's competitiveness and ensure its long-term development.

The social dialogue will continue in the coming weeks in accordance with the framework agreement, which sets out the various projects making up the savings plan.

1As a reminder, the framework agreement for social dialogue, signed on 24th July last by all the employee representative organisations, defined the way to dialogue together on the French part of the draft savings plan. This agreement defined the framework, themes and timetable for the social dialogue on the implementation of the draft savings plan in France.
