Renault has retained its position in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes for 2008. These indexes track the performances of leading companies selected for their commitment to sustainability on the basis of economic, environmental and social criteria. They provide portfolio managers with reliable and objective benchmarks. Other carmakers ranked in the World index are: BMW, DaimlerChrylser, Toyota and Volkswagen.
