Sandouville Renault at the crossroads of the integration of young people

Renault Sandouville has joined forces with “Carrefour Solidaire vers la Professionnalisation”, an initiative to raise the professional standards of young people implemented by the UIMM steelworker’s union in Le Havre. The initiative gives 10 young job seekers the chance to get a first-hand view of how a company works and draw up a professional project. Ten Renault tutors worked with participants for seven days, showing them the diversity of plant jobs and practical work situations, helping to boost their confidence on their ability to join a company.
